Project Overview

This project offers hands-on exposure to how structured financial data can be transformed into AI-ready infrastructure inside a real operating business.We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the restructuring and optimisation of a large, data-heavy Google Sheets database.

The current file contains extensive historical data, formulas, and linkages that make it difficult to integrate AI tools effectively. This project focuses on cleaning, simplifying, and reorganising the database to improve performance and enable future AI-driven features such as chatbot or LLM-based query functions for quick user insights.

This is a standalone, project-based engagement and does not involve daily operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and restructure a large Google Sheets database to improve performance and usability


• Simplify formulas and remove unnecessary complexity while preserving data integrity


• Organise and standardise datasets to improve consistency and logical flow


• Implement structured data architecture suitable for AI integration


• Support the setup of automation logic for improved reporting accuracy


• Prepare a “lightweight” version of the database optimised for AI tools and LLM-based querying


• Ensure data accuracy across billing, invoicing, and revenue-related records

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, data structuring, automation logic)


• Comfortable working with large datasets and complex formula structures
