Food Science Intern - Processed Meat Application

Prototype preparation and ingredients application of related food product such as burgers nuggets ham, sausages, marinated chicken etc. Maintain record of all evaluation of ingredients and prototypes formulation. Evaluations via sensory and/or instrument analysis. Sample preparation and Ingredients management. Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in the laboratory. Develop understanding on sequence of ingredients mixing. Operate lab and pilot plant equipment safely and independently. Prepare and evaluate meat protein product. Develop interpersonal and communication skill by working in cross function team such as supply chain, other business unit application lab, analytical, sensory, and/or other countries application technical team etc. Company transport at designated pick-up points: Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Pioneer, Bishan, Novena, Chua Chu Kang. Studied science subjects primarily related to food science and chemistry Ability to weigh and mix ingredients accurately Possess open-minded personality and willingness to learn Hold passion in foods Hands on and well organized Comfortable with handling knife, sharp utensils and kitchen work
