Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering GenAI-driven digital engagement projects, including content generation, testing and workflow support.
• Assist in reviewing GenAI-generated content for tone, factual accuracy and adherence to communication standards.
• Identify and escalate content issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation of review outcomes and feedback.
• Track and report digital engagement effectiveness, supporting insights and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Who are we looking for :

• Meticulous attention to detail with strong communication skills.
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools and workflows, with practical understanding of their role in content creation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Effective communicator and team player, able to collaborate across diverse functions.
• Strong command of English and Mandarin languages, with proficient verbal and written communication skills

Education / Experience Requirements

• A degree in Banking, Business Management or any business-adjacent fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
• Knowledge of programming (SAS, Python) will be an added advantage.
