Graphic Designer Intern I 6 MONTHS

Location: Decathlon Singapore

Duration: 6 months (Full-time)

As a Graphic Designer Intern at Decathlon Singapore, you'll support the creation of both digital and in-store visual content. Our purpose is to bring people together through sport to make wellbeing accessible for all. You'll work closely with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams to bring our brand to life and ensure a great customer experience across all touchpoints.

What You’ll Do:

Digital Design (Website, App, Social Media)

• Focus on designing and updating digital assets for our website, mobile app and social media platforms.
• Produce engaging digital creative assets to support our commercial initiatives (always-on, campaigns, events)
• Ensure all designs follow Decathlon’s brand identity and marketing strategy.
• Stay updated on digital design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Support multiple design projects at once with guidance from the team.

In-Store Design (Retail Experience)

• Support stores by designing ad-hoc print and digital materials, including regular merchandising signages and layout assets for in-store LED screens and prints. 
• Help maintain consistent branding across all store visuals and communication.
• Contribute to design assets for ad-hoc store grand openings, seasonal marketing campaigns and in-store activations.
• Maintain strict brand consistency and adaptability across all store formats while learning how to manage print production for quality and accuracy. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Sport lover, team oriented with a lively personality
• Creative, curious with a passion for design.
• Diploma or Undergraduate students, preferably with a background in Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and how it intersects with design and communication.
• A team player who is eager to learn, contribute ideas, and take initiative.
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship
