Job Description

Key Responsibilities

AI & Process Optimisation

• Support the exploration and adoption of AI tools to improve team productivity and streamline day-to-day processes.
• Assist in researching and documenting AI use cases, best practices, and productivity solutions.
• Support the testing and refinement of AI-enabled workflows and automation opportunities.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and communications to support AI adoption.

Business Management Support

• Assist with the preparation of presentations, and meeting materials.
• Support financial and resource management activities
• Assist in maintaining reports, trackers, and documentation to support business management activities

Skills Required

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and productivity tools.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new technologies
