Job Description - Human Capital Internship

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Organizational Design

Work alongside consultants to deep dive and assess HR needs, refine job scopes, and review organizational structures. Participate in proposal writing and help craft tailored, strategic recommendations for clients.

Research, Compliance & Market Intelligence

Stay sharp and current — conduct research on HR laws, grants, and emerging trends. Your insights will support internal strategy and empower clients with up-to-date, compliant practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting

Collaborate with internal teams across consultancy, operations, and design to deliver seamless solutions. Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and insights that help drive better HR decisions.

What You'll Learn

• Real-world exposure to HR systems and knowledge

• How to engage with candidates and business clients in a professional setting

• The basics of government HR grants and SME support programs

• Knowledge in HR compliance and service operations

• Ability to conduct resume screenings for candidates and redesign job roles for workforce transformation
