What You’ll Do:
📑 Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting candidate follow-ups.
🤝 Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and a great first impression.
💬 Help manage employee engagement activities and internal communication to maintain a positive work culture.
📝 Contribute to HR projects such as performance management, training, and development initiatives.
🌍 Assist in organizing events, workshops, and company activities that enhance team collaboration and morale.
🔍 Support HR administration, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
💬 Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
🧠 A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
📊 Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
💻 Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus, but not required.
🌍 Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
