Your role will be to ensure that the “Gold Standards” of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. Job Summary:

• Maintain and upkeep of Learning Room


• Learning notifications (confirmation of attendance for trainings, updating CTQ)


• Filing of all documents (learning related)


• Invoices and payments


• Food hygiene certification and tracking


• Preparation of classroom and learning materials


• Monthly core learning tracking


• Course registration for employees


• Securing of training venues
