General Tasks

• Performs scientific literature searches.
• Assists with quality checks for data (e.g. from Exploratory analyses) to be used for internal review or for manuscripts and posters.
• Performs general administration and filing.

Site Tasks

Under the supervision of qualified CRU staff,

• Performs tasks related to study, recruitment, pharmacy and laboratory data management.
• Assists in sample management including safety laboratory related tasks.
• Assists in the routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Assists in entry and verification of data in laboratory systems and equipment.
• Assists with recruitment activities.
• Performs protocol administration support activities.
• Assists in clinical study activities as appropriate.

Under the supervision of a pharmacist,

• Assists in activities related to Investigational Product (IP) management that may include sourcing, receipt, storage, preparation, dispensing, labelling, inventory accountability, reconciliation, retention, destruction and documentation.
• Assists in activities related to non-IP and auxiliary supplies management.

Sponsor Tasks

• Assists in clinical data transcription and verification.
• Compiles draft exploratory datasets, data curation and performs draft analyses (e.g., statistical, graphical, PK) under supervision.

Finance Tasks

Under the supervision of Finance and Business Operations staff,

• Assists in extraction of various cost elements related to a project for project costing purposes.
• Assists in extraction of study specific Prism hours entered by each employee.
• Review, refine & suggest ways to improve the existing costing models.
• Assist in collation of project hours for EDB capabilities.
• Assist in any other ad hoc projects as assigned.
