Job Description - Intern, ASEAN People & Culture

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will support the People & Culture (P&C) team to drive and deliver the People & Culture topics and offerings for Zone ASEAN

• You will assist in the administration of talent management and succession planning processes, development, and maintenance of the talent database

• You will support the P&C team to identify talent & leadership development needs and implement programs to build leadership and organization capabilities

• You will assist the team in driving engagement and DE&I initiatives, as well as rolling out global programs in ASEAN

• You will coordinate and assist the preparations of training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities

• You will maintain accurate and up-to-date talent data and learning records

• You will generate and distribute regular reports, metrics, and analysis to support decision-making
