Intern, Asset Management (Summer 2026)

You will be supporting the Asset Management team at CLI Asset Management in reporting and functional duties such as business and asset plan preparation. 

Responsibilities 

• Support Asset Management functional teams such as Operations, Digitalization and Sustainability etc in collation of data, analysis and for decision making 

• Conduct research on local real estate market, trends and competitor analysis  

• Assist in data collection and analysis of data, preparing reports for internal stakeholders and summarizing research findings and recommendations for asset plan presentation 

• Provide administrative assistance to the asset management team, including coordinating site visits, facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation 

• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned   

Requirements  

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines 

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel   

• Analytical and detail-oriented  

• Adaptable and Independent 

• Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
