About the Job

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Familiarity in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python.
  • Experience with data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, combined with strong time management skills.
  • Collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a multicultural team environment.
  • Strong ethical values and a professional demeanour.
  • Creative, inquisitive, and driven to make a difference.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Dive into data and drive results:

  • Collect and organize data related to user behaviour, market trends, and product performance.
  • Analyse and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive key business decisions. 
  • Utilize data to identify opportunities for program optimization, personalization, and targeted campaigns.
  • Develop data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to cross-functional teams.

Support and empower:

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement to ensure the programme remains competitive and effective. 
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation efforts to improve product features.
  • Work closely with customer support and user research teams to understand user pain points and preferences.

  • Support the development of deep understanding of customer needs and behaviours, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
