Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the PR team with preparing reports, compiling and analysing data or information as required.
• Monitor media coverage, compile media clippings and update media lists.
• Assist with preparing content for LinkedIn and its quarterly report.
• Provide administrative support such as coordination of meetings, tracking of budget expenses.
• Support the team with events, programmes and special projects when required.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism and Media Studies, Hospitality & Tourism Management, Marketing, Business, or any related to Communications disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Familiar with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and supporting tools such as Canva.
• Individual who is meticulous and has a keen eye for details.
• Well-organized, well-groomed and possesses a pleasant disposition.
• Interested in meeting and engaging with new people.
