[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

• Serve as an assistant to the Account Manager for a designated portfolio of commercial tenants.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants through proactive engagement and effective feedback management.
• Assist to optimise operational efficiency and tenant experience.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of tenants' requirements, including space utilisation patterns, rental assistance needs and commercial considerations, to provide tailored solutions.
• Implement and manage arrears collection for the portfolio, ensuring timely rental payments and minimising defaults.
• Participate in negotiations for tenancy renewals with existing tenants, securing optimal terms while maintaining positive relationships.

[What we are looking for]

• Students with background in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management or similar areas preferred.
• Meticulous and customer focused.
• Has great attention to details and can multi-task.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write professionally and engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently/team and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably able to commit from July 2026 to Dec 2026 or August 2026 to December 2026 for this internship.
