Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Research & Analysis
● Monitor and summarize regulatory developments from MAS,
FATF, and other global regulators related to digital assets,
derivatives, and financial services.
● Assist in evaluating the business impact of new or updated
regulatory requirements.

Policy & Framework Development
● Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating internal compliance
policies, procedures, and manuals.
● Support efforts to align internal processes with regulatory
authorities

Licensing & Reporting Support
● Assist with preparation and maintenance of documentation
for licensing.
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external
consultants as needed.

Project Management Support
● Support to plan, track, and execute compliance-related
projects
● Maintain project trackers, document progress, and follow up
on deliverables to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
● Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
