Intern - CORE & Transformation

• Review and generate reports for supporting total engine overhaul processes for the purpose of process improvement and man-hours reduction.

• Assist in daily production tracking and provide analytical recommendations to improve the tracking systems for Business Control Tower.

• Create and update Power BI Dashboards to drive productivity in the production floor.

• Focus on data analytics to make better, faster decisions, iterative improvements to drive speed, security to protect intellectual property and scalable software solutions to automate and simplify.

• Conduct time studies of workshop processes, determine capacity and hours, and study of operational processes.

• Assist in developing standard work for operations and business processes improvements.

• Track, support, and report on CORE Certification progress.

• Support CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) projects to achieve business and enterprise objectives.

• Support, drive, and sustain standardized visuals across operational cells.

• Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines.

• Proficient in MS Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate is desirable.

• Knowledge of basic scripting language PowerShell and VBScript is desirable.

• Independent, adaptable, and willing to learn.
