Job Description - Intern Data Analytics & Insights

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with stakeholders: Build an understanding of business needs by connecting with customers, business experts, and internal teams to identify analytics-driven opportunities.

•Explore data meaningfully: Perform exploratory data analysis using various tools to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities across large datasets.

•Identify and fill data gaps: Define requirements for missing data and ensure smooth integration of new data sources to enhance analysis.

•Develop prototypes: Build and test analytics solutions in real operational environments; communicate findings clearly to support high-priority business questions.

•Support analytics systems: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure analytics platforms are scalable, sustainable, and maintain high data quality.

•Document and support processes: Help review and update user process flow documents and contribute to data governance and dashboard validation tasks.
