Evaluate TEL Vigus tool electrostatic chuck (ESC) hardware life extension from 9000 to 10000 RF hour for productivity improvement and cost reduction. Your project scope (as an engineering intern) would likely involve in enabling process hardware lifetime extension of the electrostatic chuck for productivity improvement and cost reduction under the guidance of a senior engineer. Hands on experience to Dry Etch TEL Vigus tool through On-Job-Training in manufacturing environment In-depth understanding to Dry Etch process and process deviation troubleshooting Propose plans and strategies to meet qualification timeline Collaborate with process/equipment engineers and technicians including process characterization, problem solving, statistical data analysis and design of experiment. Bachelor in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical Engineering) Available for credit bearing full time internship from January to May 2026
