The project centres on studying synthetic quartz rings and periodic conditioning techniques to understand their impact on defect performance and process stability. Through structured analysis and guided learning, the intern will develop foundational knowledge of dry etch process behaviour, tool architecture, and material interactions relevant to semiconductor manufacturing.\n\nProject Scope:\n\nThe objective is to provide the intern with hands\u2011on learning exposure to dry etch process fundamentals while developing analytical thinking, engineering evaluation skills, and an understanding of process qualification methodologies.
