Intern - HIG PSE IE Management

HBM Sample Management Operations Mapping and documenting the end-to-end HBM sample workflow (die bank, probe, test, shipment). Tracking and disposition of remnant lots using MES and SAP systems. Observe and report on manual operations such as wafer flipping, kitting, and tagging. Develop interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for WIP tracking, risk monitoring, and performance analytics. Automate data pipelines and reporting using Python, SQL, or Power Automate. Process Improvement & Documentation Prepare clear documentation and visual guides for sample management procedures. Collaborate with planners, engineers, and IT teams to understand system integrations and operational handoffs. Participate in meetings and contribute to team discussions on process optimization and analytics. Analyze MES and SAP transitions, including FG08 to SHOP and MAM handoffs. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL). Interest in semiconductor manufacturing, workflow optimization, and business intelligence. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
