We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern (6 months contract) to support our HR team in delivering efficient and compliant HR services. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including employee lifecycle management, HR systems and process improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
Respond to employee queries on HR policies, processes, and systems.
Assist in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors where required.
Support HR compliance and governance activities, including audits and documentation.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and with a high level of accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team.
Prior internship experience in HR or administrative functions would be good to have but not a necessity.
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors) would be good to have but not a necessity.
Basic understanding of local employment laws and HR practices would be good to have but not a necessity.
