Job Description

As an intern with the Payroll team, you will assist with the year-end payroll activities.
 

Responsibilities
• Assist in performing the adjustments for No Pay Leave tabulation 
• Support the team in preparing letters on the HR System (Workday)
• Be the point of contact to inform stakeholders on their leave pro-ration matters, when required
• Assist in Year End Income Tax Checks and Verification for Payroll Vendors
• Support the team with various sustainability reports
• Update the department’s SOPs when necessary
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
 

Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or any other related disciplines
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
