Job Description - Intern - Human Resources/ Talent Management

We are currently looking for talented individuals to join us for below role

Intern - Human Resources/ Talent Management

We are currently based at Metropolis, Buona Vista, Singapore.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Management (TM) Intern to support our TM team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Learning and Development, and Talent Programs.
 

Key Accountabilities:
 

  • Support core L&D Initiatives: Support the planning and execution of L&D initiatives, including scheduling, preparing materials, and participants engagement. Support the upkeep of the LMS by handling course set-up, enrolment, attendance tracking, and updating course content. Maintain an up-to-date internal training catalogue.
     
  • Publicity and Stakeholder Engagement: Design and create publicity materials and assist in promoting L&D initiatives through various channels and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet training need or execution of campaigns
  • Run employee initiative campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns (e.g., email, social/internal comms, microsites), craft compelling messages, and track basic metrics (open rates, clicks, sign-ups).
     
  • Additional Responsibilities: Provide support to the L&D team and other duties as required.

Requirements:
 

  • Curious, growth-oriented learner with a strong passion for learning experience design and a solid foundation in design principles (e.g., visual design, user experience, or instructional design).
  • Demonstrates eagerness to learn continuously, experiment, and iterate based on learner feedback.
  • Interest in Learning & Development and improving learner engagement and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated marketing/campaign experience: able to plan and execute simple campaigns
  • Minimum internship period: 6 months
