Intern - Medical Affairs

The DKSH Medical Affairs Intern will support DKSH Medical Affairs Team in pre-launch, launch and post-launch scientific engagements and medical activities, ensuring delivery and execution of medical activities and materials of the highest excellence & quality.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Medical Excellence

• Support Medical Excellence Lead on the development of Success Metrics to measure the impact of medical activities across stakeholders.


• Support Medical Excellence Lead in developing ways to measure quality and engagement of scientific activities i.e. post-meeting surveys, ensuring delivery and execution of medical activities of the highest quality.

Medical Affairs -External Scientific Engagements

• Support MSL leads in the development of materials (invitation cards, speaker slides, product/compound slides, disease slides) for scientific communication, scientific meetings and other medical activities


• Support MSL leads on the operational and logistical requirements of medical activities


• Support MSL leads in medical information response packages
   

Medical Affairs- Building Internal Capabilities

•  Support MSL leads in the development of materials (training slides: disease, product slides) for internal training

Education

• Life science/ biological sciences/ pharmacy background


• Current student of a Singapore Autonomous University (NTU, NUS, SMU, SIT, SUSS, SUTD) or Government Polytechnic (NP, NYP, RP, SP, TP)


• Proficient in MS Office

Soft Skills

• Good analytical and conceptual capabilities


• Confident and articulate individual with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders


• Curious and collaborative


• Willing to work in a dynamic and matrix environment
