Machine Learning Development\n\n * Assist in building predictive models for yield, reliability, and test\u2011time optimization using structured/tabular data.\n * Explore ML techniques (regression, tree\u2011based models, boosting algorithms) to extract insights from probe, wafer, and manufacturing datasets.\n * Support model evaluation, validation, and feature engineering workflows.\n\n\n\n2\\. Agentic AI \u0026 Engineering Automation\n\n * Help develop AI agents that automate engineering tasks such as report generation, data processing, anomaly detection, or test program checks.\n * Learn how agents interact with enterprise tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint) and engineering platforms.\n\n\n\n3\\. Data Engineering \u0026 Integration\n\n * Participate in data cleaning, transformation, and structuring of high\u2011volume semiconductor datasets.\n * Work with cross\u2011functional teams to understand data sources and how they feed into ML/AI pipelines.\n\n\n\n4\\. Innovation \u0026 Projects\n\n * Identify potential areas where AI can improve test efficiency, yield, or engineering productivity.\n * Contribute to internal prototypes, demos, and best\u2011practice documentation.\n * Opportunities to support technical papers or innovation submissions where applicable.\n\n\n\n5\\.
