- Collect and analyze yield and inline data across critical process steps. - Identify key drivers impacting yield. - Develop Python/JMP scripts for automated reporting and dashboards. - Validate improvements through pilot runs and documentation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Python and JMP. - Knowledge of basic semiconductor processes. - Ability to work independently and in teams.
