Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• To work with the team to review and maintain the different Operational Brand Standards & guidelines for properties managed by The Ascott Limited.
• To work with corporate teams to integrate brand standards and guidelines and incorporating Brand-specific requirements.
• To assist with annual Service and Product Reviews (SPRs) include data collation and analysis.
• To assist with the setup and roll out of systems related to hotel operations, not limited to audit software and project management software.
• To identify and analyze ways to improve operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in business operations.
• To assist supervisor and provide support to the team on special projects as required.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma in Business Studies, Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism Management and/or other related disciplines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Hotel or Service Residence operations.
• Exposure to Property Management Systems will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented and meticulous individual to assist in business process mapping and documentation.
