Intern, Operations, Singapore (Lot One)

You will be assisting the Operations team at Lot One with their daily operations, updating of technical data, and perform inspections and safety checks.

Responsibilities 

• Assist daily operations related to building, security and cleaning services

• Update tenancy layout and documentation to maintain accurate records

• Maintain and update the equipment list

• Updating of ISO and EHS folders for operations documentation to comply with regulatory standards

• Perform daily inspections and safety checks of plant equipment

• Assist in reviewing records of plant equipment maintenance activities

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements 

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or any other related disciplines 

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel 

• General knowledge in facilities management and M&E 

• Prior knowledge and experience in Auto-cad will be a plus
