Intern- PEE Photo

You will be introduced to the Photolithography process and cutting-edge lithography tools used in a wafer fabrication plant. Your project scope (as an engineering intern) would involve the development and implementation of automated monitoring systems under the guidance of a senior engineer. Responsible for providing troubleshooting and maintenance for the system to ensure it continues to operate effectively over time. Assisting in software solution development and implementation to collect data on various key production metric. Creating dashboard and visualization tool to help operator/engineers to quickly identify trend and anomalies. Help develop algorithms or models to identify trends and correlations that can help with process optimization/improvement. Collaborating with other engineers, operators, and management to identify opportunities for process improvement and to develop solutions to address any issues identified through the monitoring system. Working closely with IT, SMAI, Transformative and other data science team to support the on-going development and maintenance of the monitoring system.
