Intern, Retail Leasing

As a Retail Leasing Intern, you will support our leasing team in all aspects of the leasing process, including market research, lease documentation, and tenant relations. You’ll get to learn how the retail leasing business works from the inside, assist in managing leasing operations, and get exposure to real-life leasing negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on retail trends, competitor activity, and tenant requirements in Singapore and the region.

• Perform sales analysis for current tenants, including sales performance reviews and providing insights to the leasing team on tenant success and potential for lease renewals.

• Assist in preparing lease documents, including letters of offer, lease agreements, and amendments.

• Help manage lease renewals, track upcoming expirations, and liaise with tenants for renewals or new leases.

• Support property tours and attend meetings with prospective tenants, providing them with property information and answering questions.

• Update and maintain leasing reports, occupancy status, lease expiry tracking documents, and sales performance tracking.

• Assist in preparing presentations for management, focusing on sales performance and leasing opportunities.

• Collaborate with other departments like marketing and operations t to ensure smooth leasing operations.

• Attend team meetings and contribute to leasing strategies.
