Job Description - Intern, Structured Credit (Jan - Jun 2026)

Responsibilities

Structuring & Analysis

  • Assist in the design of Bitcoin-collateralized credit products with embedded optionality and risk-sharing mechanics.
  • Model payoff structures, collateral dynamics, and scenario-based P&L for borrowers and lenders.
  • Support the evaluation of new instruments, including convertible and participation-style lending notes.

    Market & Risk Research
  • Structuring & Analysis
  • Assist in the design of Bitcoin-collateralized credit products with embedded optionality and risk-sharing mechanics.
  • Model payoff structures, collateral dynamics, and scenario-based P&L for borrowers and lenders.
  • Support the evaluation of new instruments, including convertible and participation-style lending notes.

    Reporting & Presentation
  • Present findings and recommendations to the Structured Credit team in a clear and quantitative manner.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a minimum degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint; experience in modeling and scenario analysis
  • An understanding of options mechanics, credit risk fundamentals, some familiarity with the digital asset space a plus
  • High attention to detail with ability to synthesize financial concepts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in analytical presentations and memos
