YOUR ROLE 

You will support the development and execution of our internal sustainability communication and engagement strategy, helping to build strong awareness among employees at all levels. In this role, you will contribute to the internal sustainability website, create compelling marketing and communication materials, and coordinate key initiatives such as webinars, roadshows, and events. You will also collaborate with various departments to highlight the company’s sustainability achievements and gather feedback to continuously improve our sustainability culture. 

Develop Marketing Materials
•    Create visually-appealing infographics, posters, presentations and even videos to promote sustainability initiatives internally
•    Draft engaging newsletters or email campaigns to update employees on sustainability news and events
•    Design digital and print materials for promoting sustainability events or campaigns

Internal Communication
•    Assist in the development and implementation of a sustainability communication plan for internal stakeholders
•    Write and publish articles or posts for the company intranet Sustainability website and internal social media
•    Coordinate with different departments to gather content and updates related to sustainability efforts

Event Planning and Coordination
•    Assist in organizing sustainability-themed events, workshops, or lunch-and-learn session for employees
•    Coordinate logistics, invite speakers, and promote events through various channels
•    Collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability events and initiatives

Employee Engagement
•    Facilitate employee surveys or focus groups to gather feedback and ideas for enhancing sustainability efforts 
•    Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as sustainability challenges or recognition programs
•    Collaborate with HR to integrate sustainability messaging into employee onboarding and training programs
 

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Communication, Marketing or any other related field
  • Able to commit minimum 5 months internship. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and Microsoft Sharepoint for web-building.  Competence in graphic software like Canva and video-editing will be a plus
  • Knowledge of sustainability
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to the HR team.
