Our technology starts with you.\n\nIntern \u2013 Talent Acquisition Specialist (6\u2011Month Attachment, Singapore)\n\nShape the future talent pipeline while building real-world HR and media skills.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs an Intern Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full candidate lifecycle \u2013 from attraction to onboarding and engagement. You will also support our employer branding efforts by capturing and creating visual content from events.\n\nYou will:\n\n 1. Support strategic talent pipeline programs end-to-end, including:\n\n\n * Career fairs and campus/STEM outreach events\n * Interview scheduling and coordination\n * Onboarding, engagement and offboarding activities for interns and early-career talents\n\n\n\n 2\\. Drive employer branding and outreach, by:\n\n * Taking photos and videos at career fairs and STEM outreach events\n * Creating short videos and visual content for sharing on internal and external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, career site)\n\n\n\n 3\\. Collaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate and intern experience\n\n 4\\. Assist with HR operations and reporting related to internship programs, when required\n\nRequired Profile\n\n 1. Currently pursuing a Degree from local accredited institution, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related disciplines\n 2. Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / HR and campus recruitment\n 3. Video editing and photography skills:\n * Comfortable capturing event photos and short video clips\n * Familiar with basic video editing tools/software (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.)\n 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)\n 5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills \u2013 comfortable interacting with students, candidates and internal stakeholders\n 6. Organized, proactive and detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\n 7.
