Inline Detection Capability Development\n\n * Assist the team in evaluating and improving detection performance across multiple inspection platforms (e.g., optical, e-beam, and review tools).\n * Support recipe setup, tuning, and validation for new NAND technology flows.\n * Conduct structured experiments to assess tool and recipe sensitivity.\n\n\n\n### 2\\. Data Analysis \u0026 Pattern Recognition\n\n * Analyze wafer maps, inspection datasets, and classification results to identify patterns, gaps, or coverage limitations.\n * Use data\u2011driven methods to summarize findings and recommend improvements.\n * Create automated scripts or dashboards to streamline recurring analysis tasks (optional but encouraged).\n\n\n\n### 3\\. Process \u0026 Tool Interaction Studies\n\n * Work with RDA engineers to study the interaction between process conditions and inspection outcomes.\n * Participate in cross\u2011functional discussions with process, equipment, and metrology teams to understand factory flows and constraints.\n\n\n\n### 4\\. Experiment Execution \u0026 Reporting\n\n * Support the execution of inline trials and engineering lots for detection evaluation.\n * Document experiment objectives, conditions, observations, and outcomes clearly.\n * Prepare concise summaries and slides for internal reviews.\n\n\n\n### 5\\.
