Intern, Tenant Management, Singapore (Junction 8)

Responsibilities 

• Assist in the preparation of and contribute to the leasing plan for Junction 8, including researching potential new brands and concepts for the mall

• Conduct market and competitor analysis, including data gathering on on competitor malls

• Support the updating and maintenance of leasing floor plans

• Assist with tenant coordination and administrative matters, such as liaising with tenants on Public Liability Insurance and Audited Sales Reports

• Coordinate and support meetings or calls with tenants, including taking meeting minutes where required

• Assist with financial analysis of tenants’ sales data

• Support other day‑to‑day administrative or ad‑hoc duties related to tenant management

Requirements 

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) 

• Basic knowledge of real estate principles 

• Strong numerical skills are an advantage 

• Keen interest in the F&B/Retail/Entertainment industry
