Job Description

You will be assisting the team on tenant engagement activities in preparation of Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) for Plaza Singapura.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing administrative matters such as reminding tenants to submit Public Liability Insurance, Audited Sales Report etc.

• Assist with updating of leasing floor plan

• Assist with data analysis of tenants' sales performance

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Detail-oriented and meticulous

• Good team player

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
