As a Mezzanine Capital Unit Intern, you'll be directly involved in live deals from day one, gaining hands-on experience in structuring and executing investments. What you do You'll be an integral part of the deal team, supporting transactions through:
- Building and updating detailed financial models, including projections and sensitivity analyses.
- Preparing materials for investment committees, including memos and deal summaries.
- Conducting in-depth research on industries and companies to support investment decisions.
- Assisting in identifying new investment opportunities through market research.
- Monitoring the performance of existing investments through financial reviews.

Who you are - Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated academic excellence
- Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit.
- Possess a strong foundation in financial analysis and modelling.
- Intellectually curious, driven, and with excellent written communication skills.
