What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic & Market Analysis: Conduct market landscaping and research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for innovation in priority sectors
  
• Product Development Support: Support the digital product development lifecycle, from research and documentation to testing coordination and go-to-market preparation
  
• Opportunity Identification: Assist in identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities to enhance client engagement and create new revenue streams
  
• Project Coordination: Work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, track milestones, and support project delivery
  
• Presentation & Team Support: Help prepare materials for internal meetings, client presentations, and innovation workshops, and support ad-hoc initiatives
  

Who You Work With
The Digital Solutions team within Global Transaction Banking partners closely with product, technology, business, and external stakeholders to design and deliver digital-led solutions. You'll work in a collaborative, forward-looking environment that values strategic thinking, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
  
• Interested in digital products, strategy, or innovation within banking
  
• Strong research and analytical mindset, able to synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights
  
• Familiar with basic product development concepts, documentation, and user journeys
  
• Confident communicator with good presentation and documentation skills
  
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and collaborating across teams
