What you do You will:
- Assist with the planning and execution of key recruitment events for our internship programmes.
- Prepare impactful recruitment materials and manage job postings across various platforms.
- Source and actively recruit candidates through databases, social media, and campus networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify promising candidates.
- Conduct interviews using established methods to assess candidate fit.
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the selection process, building positive relationships.

Who you are - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
