What you do
Your responsibilities will include:

• Invoice Processing & Verification: support the accurate and timely processing of invoices, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and tax requirements
• Financial Systems: post invoices and maintain records using Oracle Cloud
• Reconciliation & Reporting: assist in identifying discrepancies, reconciling invoice data, and generating reports for tracking and analysis
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work closely with internal teams such as Procurement, Operations, IT, and external vendors to resolve invoice-related queries
• Process Improvement: participate in initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control within invoice processing workflows
• Ad-hoc Support: provide operational support to the Financial Control team as required

You'll be part of the Financial Control team within Group Operations & Technology, a function that plays a critical role in maintaining strong governance, financial discipline, and operational excellence across the bank. The team works closely with partners across the organisation to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to policies, creating a strong foundation for sustainable growth.
