IT Intern

We’re looking for an IT Intern to get hands-on with real technical support and system maintenance work. You won’t just be shadowing — you’ll be helping to keep systems running, solving tech issues, and making sure the team has the tools and access they need to do their jobs.

You’ll work closely with the IT team to support hardware and software setup, troubleshoot issues, manage accounts, and help with ongoing projects like system upgrades or security improvements. This is a great opportunity if you’re curious about how IT works behind the scenes in a real business environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with day-to-day IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Help set up laptops, monitors, accounts, and permissions for new hires.
• Support inventory management for IT equipment and accessories.
• Maintain and update documentation for IT processes and systems.
• Help monitor system performance and security alerts, escalating as needed.
• Assist in deploying software updates, patches, and configurations.
• Support IT projects such as network upgrades, cloud migration, or security training rollouts.
• Provide basic training or guidance to team members on using tools and platforms effectively.

What You Bring:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in an engineering or technical discipline.
• Basic familiarity with CAD, MATLAB, Excel, or related tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute reliably—even on routine tasks.
• Team player who follows through and supports with consistency and attention to detail.
