[Keppel Internship Programme 2026] Intern, Leasing, i12 Katong (June - Aug/Dec 2026)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
1. Research and compilation of new concepts/trends in the market.
2. Mass e-mailings, cold calls, arrangement for prospect meetings and conduct viewings.
3. Minutes taking with prospects/tenants/internal meetings.
4. Preparation of concept proposals for leasing meeting discussion.
5. Review and improve on existing marketing kit.
6. Preparation of lease document, updating information in internal tracking report and follow up with tenants on outstanding documentation including insurance and audited statement.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Gain a solid understanding of the multi-faceted requirements in retail management
2. Improve on multi-tasking and knowledge in other real estate matters such as operations protocols pertaining to prospecting
3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the leasing processes and exposure to preparation of the lease documentation.
4. Enhance presentation and negotiation skills.
5. Have a better understanding on the processes to determine trade mix and tenant mix.
