About The Program

k-ID is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and motivated Finance Intern to join our team in Singapore. What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis research, including industry trends and competitive landscape assessment

• Research and design AI-powered audit workflows for reviewing corporate card transactions and expense claims

• Assist with invoice management and organization to maintain accurate financial records

• Support the preparation of key financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow)

• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy

• Research available government grants and support application processes

• Assist with tax compliance research across different jurisdictions and collaborate with external consultants

Key Deliverables

• Comprehensive k-ID market analysis report with competitive landscape insights

• AI workflow design for streamlining audit preparation and expense claim reviews

• Monthly reconciliation reports for corporate cards and expense claims

• Documentation of financial processes and procedures

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong foundation in accounting principles

• Keen interest in financial operations and corporate finance

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team

Program Details

• Start Date: May 2025

• Duration: Minimum 8 weeks (with possibility of extension)

• Location: Hybrid work arrangement in Singapore
