Marketing Intern

Summary

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our innovative and highly regarded regional marketing team in the role of Marketing Intern. The successful candidate will gain international experience, working closely with the marketing teams that service the Oceania and South East Asia markets in all stages of our marketing campaigns and efforts. We aim for our interns to gain relevant insight and skills to launch a successful career. You will have the opportunity to learn the daily tasks of a busy marketing team, as well as putting forward your own ideas and creativity. (start date is effective immediately, minimum of 2 days per week)

Join InterSystems Marketing team and you will have the possibility to improve your skills in many areas including:

• B2B marketing, with a focus on Marketing Automation


• Social media, event management support and digital marketing


• Developing strategies to promote both our corporate brand and our product brands


• Understanding the buyer journey and how this is informed by data


• Learning how to set goals that deliver clear business and marketing results


• Localizing programs and content for multiple geographic markets (and project managing suppliers delivering localised content)

Example of Responsibilities

• Support the team with execution and optimisation of direct mail campaigns


• Play a key role in the implementation of a new marketing automation platform (Hubspot)


• Keep marketing data within the CRM up-to-date


• Project management with marketing suppliers


• Process campaign responses within CRM


• Help prepare marketing reports


• Support with content production


• Support for industry event sponsorships


• Lead the delivery of projects, working with third party vendors


• Support the marketing team in various marketing activities as required

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications 

• Proven passion for marketing with a desire to learn more


• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques


• Excellent organisational skills


• High attention to detail


• Motivated, self-starter


• Team player with positive, can-do attitude who is willing to take initiative


• Bahasa Indonesia language skills would be a plus but not required
