Operation Intern

As an Operations Intern, you’ll join the team that connects the dots behind the scenes: aligning people, systems, and processes so that work gets done faster, smarter, and with fewer blockers.

You won’t be building dashboards or writing code — instead, you’ll be handling the kind of small, critical work that keeps teams moving. You’ll help organize internal projects, track progress, clean up messy workflows, and bring clarity where things are vague.

This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, communicates clearly, and isn’t afraid to get into the weeds. If you’ve ever made a Notion board for fun, color-coded your Google Drive, or found a way to do something in half the steps — we’re probably going to get along.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Track the moving pieces of cross-team projects — and make sure none of them fall
• Help draft internal guides, templates, and process docs that keep our work consistent
• Take meeting notes, follow up on action items, and make sure things don’t get lost in Slack
• Support internal logistics — from onboarding checklists to team offsite prep
• Coordinate small-but-essential workflows (e.g. vendor comms, document filing, shared drives)
• Jump in on ops projects that don’t have an owner yet — and help us shape the way we work

What You Bring:

• Someone who’s organized, curious, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• A student or recent grad in Business, Operations, Project Management, or just someone with a systems brain
• Clear communicator — in writing and in conversation
• Not afraid of messy processes — in fact, you’d rather clean them up
• Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack — or quick to pick them up
• Reliable. You follow through. You close loops. You keep people on track
• You like doing the work that makes other people’s jobs easier
