You’ll make an impact by:

• Assist in the end-to-end procurement process for direct materials, from supporting requisition conversion to purchase order issuance.
• Aid in supplier engagement activities, including the creation and dissemination of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) via digital platforms.
• Support the analysis of purchase prices utilizing both Excel and specialized digital tools to identify cost efficiencies.
• Contribute to supplier relationship management, assisting with supplier onboarding and performance evaluation within digital systems.
• Help maintain data integrity by regularly updating supplier and other critical databases on a monthly or weekly basis.

You’ll win us over by:

• Diploma or bachelor’s in industrial engineering, Business Management, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with digital procurement tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
