Assist in maintaining and organizing project documentation, trackers, and reports. Support project meetings — from scheduling and preparing agendas to capturing key notes and following up on actions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect task updates and ensure progress visibility. Maintain shared folders and ensure version control for key project documents. Standardize templates and project materials to improve consistency and reusability. Prepare and format presentations, summaries, and other project-related documents. Support administrative and coordination tasks such as calendar planning and logistics. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science or related field. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with SharePoint or Google Drive is a plus. Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
