This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a project management intern in Singapore with Signify.

• Assist in Project Planning: Work closely with project managers to help formulate a detailed project plan, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all changes and updates are recorded accurately

• Stakeholder Communication: Assist in the coordination of project team meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders regularly

• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies with guidance from senior project managers

• Tracking: Monitor project progress using tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana. Provide regular updates on project milestones

• Support Project Execution: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project aspects are in sync and progressing as planned

• Research: Delve into project-related topics as required, providing insights and recommendations

• Post-Project Review: Participate in project debriefs, analyzing project successes and areas for improvement

More about you

• Students with Engineering/Business/Commerce backgrounds are welcome to apply

• Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Data analytics

• Good tracking and communication skills across different departments

• Stakeholder management

• Risk management

• Automation skills will be a plus.

• Able to commit to a minimum 6 months internship program

• We will not be able to sponsor a visa for this role
