Job Summary:
The Luxury Retail Regional Intern will support the regional sales team in driving commercial performance across the APAC region. The role focuses on coordinating with products and RKAMs to ensure smooth support, accurate product availability updates, and timely execution of sales initiatives. The intern will assist in preparing content, helping on QBR preparation, and creating simple content and assets needed for sales presentations or market communication. This position is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, proactive, and passionate about luxury retail and commercial excellence.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Regional Key Account Managers (RKAMs) with daily sales coordination, including product inquiries, asset requests, and follow‑ups with markets.
- Assist in preparing and updating product availability reports to ensure accurate and timely information for sales planning.
- Contribute to the creation of sales content and assets such as sell‑in decks, product briefs, and internal communication materials.
- Help organize and prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including data consolidation, slides, and visual content.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support the execution of regional sales initiatives and product launches.
- Monitor sell‑out data, competitor activity, and market feedback to support sales insights and reporting.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong interest in luxury retail, client experience, and commercial development within the APAC region.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability to create clear, visually appealing presentations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with regional teams, markets, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Creative mindset with basic skills in content creation (e.g., presentations, simple visual assets).
- Prior internship experience in sales support, retail, or marketing is an advantage but not required.
