As a Research and Business Development Intern at Herring Global, you will be at the forefront of the ever-evolving crypto market. This role is perfect for undergraduates or postgraduates who have demonstrated a keen interest in Web3 and DeFi. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, project evaluation, and the business development processes that drive our success.

Job Responsibilities

• Market Research: Dive deep into the latest trends in the crypto market, analyze emerging projects, and identify promising token deals.


• Community Engagement: Engage with DeFi communities on platforms like Twitter, Reddit, and Discord to gather insights and stay ahead of the curve.


• Project Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation of crypto projects and tokens, understanding their potential impact and fit within our trading strategies.


• Business Development: Support our business development team in building relationships with key stakeholders in the crypto ecosystem.


• Learning Opportunities: Gain a behind-the-scenes look at how a crypto trading firm operates, from research to execution, and learn about the proprietary trading systems that drive our success.

Job Requirement

• Current undergraduate/postgraduate enrolled in their penultimate or final year of study.


• A strong interest in cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and Web3 technologies.


• Active participation in crypto communities, with a knack for spotting trends and engaging in meaningful discussions.


• Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings in a clear and concise manner.


• A proactive attitude and a willingness to dive into new topics and challenges.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and insights.
